cases are reported below :? Case 1.?M. C. M., Hindu male, aged 28 years. Complaints of frequent attacks of diarrhoea for the last five years, indigestion, loss of appetite, flatulence, vague pain in the abdomen. Had been treated by his village doctor with emetine but had no improvement. On palpation of the abdomen nothing could be detected. Stool was examined, and numerous trophic forms of Giardia were seen. Butyl acridine was given in the doses mentioned above. The patient has been free from any trouble for the last 6 months. Stool
